The bulletin in an article said that the peoples of many countries in the world who are supporting the cause of the Korean people are becoming increasingly vocal demanding the reunification of Korea and the democratization of the south Korean society.

The bulletin stressed that the withdrawal of the U.S. forces from south Korea and the dismantlement of nuclear weapons are the prerequisite for the reunification of Korea.

The bulletin accused the U.S. of dreaming of stifling socialist Korea, turning its face away from the DPRK's proposal for replacing the armistice agreement with a peace agreement.

The DPRK is victoriously pushing ahead with the building of a great prosperous and powerful nation and the movement for national reunification, smashing all plots of the hostile forces, as it holds General Secretary Kim Jong Il in high esteem and is led by the Workers' Party of Korea, bulletin said, and continued:
