An independent and sovereign state of Palestine should be built at an early date with East Kuds as its capital, he said, adding this is the stand of the Azerbaijani government and, accordingly, his country adheres to this stand at all the international bodies.

This stand is the fraternal duty of Azerbaijan and, at same time, it is based on international laws, he stressed.
