Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan Close Border Customhouses

Pyongyang, July 5 (KCNA) -- Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan, member states of the Customs Union, closed all border customhouses among its members from July 1.

Under this step, customs control over commodities and transport means moving into the territory of the Union will be made at transit points in boundaries outside the Union by customs authorities of its member states.

This is reportedly the start of the second stage of the Union's action.
