Displayed on counters were fiber goods, household articles, school things, minor goods for daily use and other consumer goods produced in more than 270 factories and joint venture and collaboration units across the country.

The exhibits included knitted goods, hosiery, footwear, cosmetics and foodstuffs produced by factories under the Ministry of Light Industry and the Ministry of Foodstuff and Daily Necessities Industry and daily necessities, furnishings and high-quality goods by units under the Ministry of Chemical Industry, the Ministry of Forestry and the Ministry of Construction and Building Materials Industry.

Also drawing visitors were mass consumer goods attractive in style and color and convenient in use, made by production workteams in commerce and public service field and various units.
