The bulletin in articles recalled that the international community set the period from June 25 to July 27 every year as a month of international solidarity with the Korean people. The U.S. imperialists and the south Korean puppet army started armed invasion against the DPRK on June 25, 1950, it noted.

Under the wise leadership of President Kim Il Sung the Korean People's Army went over to an immediate counter-attack, liberating Seoul three days after the start of the war and liberating more than 90 percent of the area of the southern half of Korea in a brief span of time. It finally won a brilliant victory on July 27, 1953, it said.

It condemned the present chief executive of south Korea for letting loose a string of balderdash about the issue of Korean reunification.

It urged the south Korean authorities to pay attention to the proposal for achieving reunification by federal formula solemnly declared at home and abroad in the June 15 joint declaration.
