The serial book contains achievements made by the DPRK in the field of social science on the basis of the Juche idea.

It consists of revolutionary histories of the three commanders of Mt. Paektu -- President Kim Il Sung, General Secretary Kim Jong Il and anti-Japanese war hero Kim Jong Suk -- philosophy, economics, law, linguistics, literature, historical science, national classics, folklore and archaeology.

Among the recently published volumes is Our Republic with Invincible Power. It introduces the source of the power demonstrated by the DPRK in standing up to the United States, which is styling itself the sole superpower in the world.

One of the volumes is National Classics Research Treatises dealing with the development of Koryo medicine and giving a new exposition of the position and role of the top government organ's records in the Ri Dynasty.

Another volume gives a comprehensive introduction of popular traditional sports and folk games created by the Korean people through the 5000-year-long history.
