China Plans to Increase Investment in Education

| Beijing, July 9 (KCNA) -- The State Council of China recently published its opinion calling on different areas and fields to further increase investment in education. The opinion urged various areas and fields to attain in time the goal to bring the state expenditure for education to 4 percent of GNP till 2012 through effective measures. |
