Officials and employees of the farms built big orchards by their own efforts and made signal successes through a vigorous drive to put them on a modern and scientific basis.

On the Ryongjon Fruit Farm, the visitors toured the Ryongjon Revolutionary Museum and enjoyed a bird's-eye view of the farm at the observatory. The farm shows such sceneries as sea of fruits and cosy modern dwelling-houses, welfare facilities and fruit stores located at the foot of a mountain.

On the Toksong Fruit Farm they toured a room devoted to its history, newly-built orchard, the youth workteam and other places.
