She is an agitator at the Unhung Cooperative Farm, Thaechon County.

The leader met her in the field when he went to the farm in July Juche 97 (2008). He praised her for having worked heart and soul to increase the agricultural production after volunteering to work at the farm from Pyongyang and her parents for supporting and encouraging their daughter's determination.

He told her that she should become a model agitator and lead the masses as Ri Sin Ja did in the 1960s. Cherishing his trust deep in her mind, Om worked hard to produce more liquid manure and enrich the soil. She led her sub-workteam to over-fulfill its grain production plan every year.

She grew to be a model agitator under the care of the Workers' Party of Korea. To glorify the honor of a model farm of the country, she is stirring up the mental power of farmers in the van of the drive for increased grain production.
