Drug criminals actively use modern technical equipment and information and communication means, the secretary said, adding that illegal drug traffic still remains a serious issue to the member states of the Organization.

The secretary stressed the need to utilize to the maximum all possibilities within the Organization and further develop all systems to prevent escalation of drug deal as it is threatening the whole world.
