It accused the south Korean security forces of resorting to wholesale fascist suppression of the reunification movement organizations and patriots by charging them with underground party organization activities, espionage, etc. though they have conducted actions for the independent and peaceful reunification of the country.

The south Korean Intelligence Service on July 9 cracked down on a room chief of the University Education Research Institute on the strength of the "National Security Law" by labeling him member of the underground party organization and claiming that he struggled for the settlement for registration fee issue at the "instruction of the north", it noted.

Lee is a traitor to the nation and an obstacle to reunification because no sooner had he come to power than trampled down the June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration and cracked down on the reunification movement organizations and personages while pursuing such anti-reunification confrontation policy as "no nukes, opening and 3000 dollars."

Meanwhile, Minjok Thongsin, an Internet paper of Koreans in the U.S., on the same day posted an article by its editor accusing the Lee group of traitors of the above-said policy.
