The Force has the duty to protect the security of the country and the stability of society and provide the people with a stable life, he said, underlining the need to attach greater importance to building the Force politically and ideologically sound.

He called upon the Force to take hold on the military training, put the party-building on a higher scientific basis and thus greatly contribute to building a comprehensively well-off society.
