Anniversary of DPRK-China Treaty Marked in Shenyang of China

Pyongyang, July 15 (KCNA) -- The Liaoning Branch of the China-Korea Friendship Association gave a reception in Shenyang of China on July 11 to mark the 50th anniversary of the DPRK-China treaty of friendship, cooperation and mutual assistance.

Present there on invitation were the DPRK consul general and consuls in Shenyang.

On hand were the vice-governor of the Liaoning Provincial People's Government, the deputy chief of the Staff of the Liaoning Provincial Military Area of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, the deputy director of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Liaoning Provincial People's Congress, the deputy director of the Liaoning Provincial Security Department and other officials concerned.

Speeches were made at the reception.
