The information bulletin said:

The south Korean puppet group of traitors is distributing the so-called "2011 white paper on human rights of north" malignantly slandering and insulting the socialist system centered on the popular masses in the DPRK and the independent and genuine life of its people.

The white paper in which they claimed "comprehensively surveyed the human rights situation in the north" is nothing but a dirty document against the DPRK as it is peppered with all sorts of lies, deception, fabrication and mud-slinging and a profound confusing of right and wrong. This is lashing the people of the DPRK into towering resentment as it is a politically-motivated unpardonable provocation against the inviolable system and dignity of the DPRK.

The issue of the above-said white paper goes to clearly prove once again what extent the group of traitors' hysteria for confrontation with fellow countrymen has reached.

The Lee Myung Bak group is steeped in such extreme hostility and confrontation with fellow countrymen that it is running wild, bereft of elementary reason and discretion.

It is disgusting, indeed, for the fascist group to dare utter this or that about someone's "human rights situation" though it has turned south Korea into an unheard-of hell on earth and a graveyard of human rights.

The people's livelihood has been driven into destitution, justice, truth and human rights are ruthlessly violated and pro-reunification patriots are subject to evermore harsh suppression and persecution in south Korea due to the fascist unpopular rule of the group of traitors.

Worse still, alarming frauds and swindles, irregularities and corruption are rampant among the puppet ruling quarters including Chongwadae. Politics and the whole society have become so corrupt that people are driven into the abyss of death, deprived of the elementary rights to existence, learning and work. Consequently, the number of suicides is on the steady increase.

Hence, south Korea has become the target of curse and criticism after being branded as "a backward land in terms of human rights" and "centre of flesh traffic" worldwide.

That is why south Korean people from all walks of life including workers, peasants and students are resolutely turning out in the struggle against the group of traitors, chanting "We will no longer live" and "Down with the Lee Myung Bak regime."

The puppet group is making desperate efforts to tarnish the international image of the DPRK winning victory after victory and calm down the people from all walks of life in south Korea calling for improved inter-Korean relations through the conspiratorial human rights racket. But nothing is more foolish and ridiculous than this.

The desperate moves of the puppet group to escalate the confrontation with the DPRK would only bring into bolder relief the base and despicable colors as traitors serving outside forces, forsaken by the nation.

As already declared, the DPRK will never pardon the Lee Myung Bak group hurting the inviolable and dignified system in the DPRK but sternly punish it.

The group would be well advised to properly understand the burning hatred of the army and people of the DPRK and their will to wage a sacred retaliatory war against it and stop its rash acts.
