Meeting held in China to Assess and Review State Action Plan for Human Rights

| Beijing, July 15 (KCNA) -- A meeting for assessing and reviewing the "2009-2010 State Action Plan for Human Rights" was held at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing on July 12 under the sponsorship of the Information Office of the State Council. It comprehensively reviewed the implementation of the plan and experience and the important achievements made in human rights work of China. The Information Office of the State Council published the plan in April 2009 upon the authorization of the State Council. |
