Iran Urges IAEA to Adopt "Appropriate" Measure on Iran's Nuclear Issue

| Tehran, July 16 (KCNA) -- Iran's Foreign Ministry spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast called on the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) to adopt "appropriate" measure with respect to the country's nuclear program. "We expect IAEA officials to take appropriate action in clarifying issues and informing the world public opinion about honest efforts of Iranian authorities," Mehmanparast told reporters in Nigeria on Wednesday. He emphasized that discussions about Iran's nuclear issue have been influenced by political pressure exerted by the U.S. and its allies. |
