The Juche idea founded by President Kim Il Sung is a universal trend of ideology of progressive mankind as it is the revolutionary theory, the man-centered outlook on the world, to realize independence of the people, the letter said.

The Songun politics pursued by Kim Jong Il is a powerful political mode that regards the military affairs as the most important state affair and helps defend the country, revolution and socialism and push forward the overall socialist construction with the army as hardcore and main force, it noted.

The vitality of the Juche idea and the Songun politics has been clearly proved in the stirring reality of the DPRK, a socialist fortress winning victory after victory in the confrontation with the imperialist forces, it said.

We support the decision of the 13th enlarged meeting of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the International Institute of the Juche Idea on convening a world conference on the Juche idea in Pyongyang in April 2012, the centenary of birth of the President, the historic event and common holiday of progressive mankind, it noted.

The National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea and Juche idea followers of Democratic Congo will take an active part in the work to prepare the conference and intensify the study and dissemination of the Juche idea, the Songun idea and thus support the Korean people in the efforts to build a thriving nation and achieve national reunification, the letter concluded.
