This plan was announced by the south Korea-U.S. "Combined Forces Command" on July 18.

Hurled into the exercises will be more than 30,000 U.S. troops including those from overseas bases and huge puppet armed forces.

Under the pretext of "annual exercises" the U.S. imperialists and the south Korean puppet forces have staged the maneuvers across south Korea every year with latest nuclear war hardware and aggression forces and even civilians involved. The aggressive nature of the maneuvers has already been brought to light as they are nuclear war exercises based on the scenario for preemptive attack on the DPRK.

They should stop at once such dangerous plan.
