On July 15 Lee informally designated his confidants Kwon Jae Jin and Han Sang Dae as successors to the minister of Justice and the chief prosecutor, it said.

The Democratic Party and other opposition parties and people from all walks of life labeled the designation of the successors as the worst reshuffle and are set to check the appointment without fail at the confirmation hearing, it noted.
