Fiji to Direct Efforts to Rural Development: Fiji PM

| Pyongyang, July 20 (KCNA) -- Fiji's Prime Minister Commodore Voreqe Bainimarama said the government has directed efforts to electrifying the countryside in the past to ensure that more families will enjoy improved living standards. He underlined the need to push forward this work in the future, too, to expand the rural electrification coverage. The government will make positive development of the infrastructure such as roads and water reticulation systems in the rural areas, he noted. |
