The first chapter has amendments in the 2nd, 5th and 6th articles stipulating trademark, its variety, principles of defending trademark copyright, modernizing the trademark business and putting it on a scientific basis.

In the fifth chapter, the 41st, 42nd, 43rd, 44th and 47th articles were revised. They are related to affairs of guiding bodies, opening of relevant affairs to the public, consolidation of material and technical foundations of the trademark business, training of officials concerned, prohibition of illegal action concerning trademark, compensation for loss, confiscation and suspension of business.

The amendments are aimed to provide a legal guarantee for improving trademarks and properly defending copyright along with the economic growth and increased production of goods.
