Anniversary of Kim Il Sung's Demise Commemorated by Nepali Paper

| Pyongyang, July 22 (KCNA) -- The Nepali paper Budhabar on July 13 carried a photo of President Kim Il Sung acknowledging the cheering masses and an article titled "Statesman always alive in the hearts of mankind" to commemorate the 17th anniversary of his demise. He is a great man who built the DPRK into an independent and sovereign state, the article said, and went on: Today the Korean people are advancing vigorously despite hardships while shattering moves of all hostile forces. This is thanks to the powerful military capability, result of the President's efforts. Not only the Korean people but also progressive mankind are remembering the President who performed enormous feats. |
