Iran-Pakistan Gas Pipeline Project Moves Ahead

| Tehran, July 21 (KCNA) -- The project of natural gas pipeline linking Iran to Pakistan has made headway. Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, at a recent meeting with the Pakistani prime minister, said the pipeline would become operational in 2013. The Iranian government plans to export up to 21 million cubic meters of natural gas to Pakistan annually through the pipeline. |
