He was accompanied by Kim Jong Un, vice-chairman of the Central Military Commission of the WPK, and Kim Kyong Ok, member of the CMC of the WPK and first vice department director of the C.C., the WPK.

He was greeted on the spot by Yang Hyong Sop, member of the Political Bureau of the C.C., the WPK and vice-president of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly who is chairman of the Central Election Guidance Committee, and Mun Kyong Dok, alternate member of the Political Bureau and secretary of the C.C., the WPK and chief secretary of the Pyongyang City Committee of the WPK.

He received voting cards from the chairman of the election committee of the above-said sub-constituency and voted for Pak Hyong Ryol, manager of the Pyongyang Cornstarch Factory, who is candidate for a deputy to the Pyongyang City People's Assembly, and Kang Chol Ho, manager of the Ryongsong Quail Factory, who is candidate for a deputy to the Ryongsong District People's Assembly.

He met with the candidates and encouraged them to fulfill their missions and duties as representatives and servants of the people in the sacred struggle for the prosperity of the country.
