China Rejects Japanese Judicial Panel's Decision to Indict Chinese Captain

| Beijing, July 24 (KCNA) -- A spokesman for the Chinese Foreign Ministry at a press conference on July 22 accused Japan of its unilateral action. The Naha District Public Prosecutors Office, Okinawa Prefecture, Japan decided to indict a Chinese captain involved in a collision with two Japanese patrol boats in the East China Sea last September. The spokesman labeled it unlawful and invalid. |
