Builders belonging to the General Bureau of Capital Construction are taking the lead in the project.

They are undertaking the construction of a 25-storied apartment building. They finished the ground-making in one month and erected thirteen stories as of July 24.

They are operating mixer cars, heavy-duty lorries, skips and other machines and equipment at full capacity.

New construction methods and technical inventions have been introduced in the project.

The method of sliding by jack takes only two and half days to build one story.
