| Beijing, July 24 (KCNA) -- A State Council meeting was held in China on July 19 as regards energy saving and emission reduction. The meeting discussed a working plan to save energy and reduce emissions, a plan to introduce the energy-saving goals and a program for controlling pollution during the nation's 12th Five-Year Plan period. |
