In this regard the DPRK's major newspaper Rodong Sinmun Monday says in a bylined article:

This internet serves to provide information to rebels in those countries standing for independence against imperialism.

It, called "stealth internet", can be used in any place and the U.S. has already invested 2 million dollars on its operation.

The U.S. intends to massively spread the American-style view on value, bourgeois idea and culture and false data through internet and thus create social chaos and political instability in those anti-imperialist and independent countries and infuse the reactionary and rotten American idea and culture and way of life into their peoples.

The U.S. is now putting under its control 13 internet servers to spread impure propaganda articles all over the world.

It pushes ahead the development of technical means able to launch destructive cyber attack on national networks in other countries while trying to use cyber warfare as pretext for military invasion of those countries going against its grit.

It is has been proven by the fact that the U.S. Department of Defense some time ago warned it would counter "cyber attack" from someone with armed forces.
