Chairman M. Jahangir Khan and other speakers said that Kim Jong Il in the work gave comprehensive and scientific answers to the issues of putting an end to the national division and achieving the country's reunification.

They explained that Kim Jong Il formulated the three principles of national reunification, the 10-point programme of the great unity of the whole nation and the proposal for founding the Democratic Federal Republic of Koryo set forth by President Kim Il Sung as the three charters for national reunification. He also comprehensively and systematically dealt with the President's undying feats for the cause of the country's reunification, they added.

The DPRK's cause of independent reunification is sure to be achieved thanks to the outstanding idea and leadership of the illustrious commander of Songun, they said, expressing belief the Korean people would make greater achievements in their efforts for the country's reunification.
