Social Management Should be Based on Masses: Chinese Official

| Beijing, July 26 (KCNA) -- Wang Lequa, deputy secretary of the Chinese Central Political and Legal Affairs Commission, recently called for creating an atmosphere favorable for all popular masses to participate in social management. During his inspection tour of Zhejiang Province, he said that, in order to consolidate and develop social management, it is necessary to give importance to enlisting positive efforts and creativeness of broad masses and bring their role as the driving force into full play. |
