In an article subtitled "Banner inspiringly encouraging the trend of the 21st century to independence against imperialism" the bulletin said the present reality goes to more clearly prove the truth of the Juche idea publicly recognized as the guiding idea in the era of independence.

In another article subtitled "The founder of socialist Korea who is author of the Juche idea" the bulletin noted: The works of President Kim Il Sung indicate the looks and features of the independent world, and concrete ways for making the world independent.

In an article subtitled "Idea giving correct answers to the important questions related to the existence of mankind" the bulletin stressed that to thoroughly apply the Juche idea is the only way out of the disasters and crisis the mankind is facing at present.

The bulletin also carried a photo of the Tower of the Juche Idea.
