Present there from the DPRK side were members of the delegation and the DPRK ambassador to Malaysia and from the opposite side the first deputy secretary general of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the director general for East Asia and officials concerned of the ministry.

At the talks both sides informed each other of the situation of their countries and exchanged views on further development of the friendly relations between the two countries and on matters of mutual concern.
