Kim Jong Il's Work Disseminated Abroad

Pyongyang, July 29 (KCNA) -- General Secretary Kim Jong Il's work "The Juche Philosophy Is an Original Revolutionary Philosophy" has been studied and disseminated in more than 100 countries and regions. The work, published on July 26, 1996, clarifies the idea that the Juche philosophy is an original philosophy evolved and systematized with principles peculiar to it and a revolutionary and popular philosophy truly serving the popular masses' struggle for independence. It also indicates the tasks for studying and explaining the Juche philosophy in conformity with the Workers' Party of Korea's intention and fully applying it in the revolutionary practice. The full text or gist of the work were reported by the Thai paper Xing San Daily, the Egyptian paper Al-Misaiya, the Nigerian paper New Nigerian, the Bulgarian paper Narodna Tribuna, Equatorial Guinean radio and many other media. The work was also carried in bulletins and posted on Internet homepages by Juche idea study organizations in different countries and regions. Among them were the Mexican Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism, the British Association for the Study of Songun Policy, the Czech Group for the Study and Materialization of the Juche Idea and the Asian Regional Institute of the Juche Idea. Political parties, organizations and press organs of over 70 countries brought out the work in pamphlet and e-book. They included the Unified Communist Party of Italy, the Ecuador-Guaranda Institute for Friendship and Cultural Solidarity with the Korean People, the Sweden-Korea Friendship Association, the Cuba Academia Publishing House, the Lao State Publishing House, the National Education Publishing House of Guinea and the Canta Clara Publishing House of Venezuela. Political parties, organizations and personages in various countries and regions made public statements in praise of the undying feats of Kim Jong Il who has clearly showed the road ahead of the times through his distinguished and energetic ideo-theoretical activities. Seminars, lectures, explanation meetings and reading sessions on the work were held by political parties and organizations, including the Russian Association for the Study of the Juche Idea, the Bangladesh Group for the Study of the Songun Policy, the Mongolian Mt. Paektu Association for Independent Development, the Party for Unity and Progress of Guinea, the Group for the Study of the Progressive Ideas of South Africa and the Revolutionary Alternative Party of Dominica. |
