The victory of the Korean people in the past Fatherland Liberation War occupies a distinguished place in the history of the DPRK, the homepage said in its article.

The U.S. which boasted of being the "strongest" in the world mobilized huge armed forces and squandered unprecedentedly big military expenditure in the Korean War but it recorded its first defeat in history, it noted.

There went on the confrontation between the DPRK and the U.S. after the Korean War but all the cases ended in the U.S. defeat, in other words, in the victory of the Korean people, it said.
