No sooner had it come to power than revived the past fascist dictatorial system as evidenced by the restoration of the already defunct department which specialized in handling the cases of the violation of the NSL, etc. The south Korean fascist authorities are brutally cracking down upon even the struggle of the people from all walks of life for the guarantee of the right to existence on charges of violation of the NSL, libeling them "forces behind the action" and the like.

The present ruling forces in south Korea are shameless dictatorial maniacs getting frantic in their campaign against the DPRK under the signboard of "human rights".
