The British Channel 4 aired a video on Wednesday that they witnessed two Sri Lankan soldiers killing civilians and rebels who had surrendered during the war.

In the video the soldiers claimed that they were ordered by top officials.

Speaking to a news agency, the spokesman said the two soldiers appearing in the video were not from the army and that the video was fabricated and false.
