On display at the venue of the seminar were works of President Kim Il Sung and Genearal Secretary Kim Jong Il and books and photos introducing Songun Korea.

The deputy general secretary of the C.C., Communist Party of Democratic Congo and other speakers said that the victory of the Korean people in the Fatherland Liberation War would have been unthinkable without the extraordinary military strategies of the President.

They stressed that he was not only the gifted thinker-theoretician but also extraordinary strategist and invincible and iron-willed commander.

Under the Songun politics of Kim Jong Il the Korean people are reliably defending the sovereignty of the country and socialism despite the constant military threat of the imperialists, they noted.

If the U.S. imperialists and their followers ignite another war in Korea, they would face a bitterer defeat than what they suffered in the past war, they said.
