Present at its inaugural ceremony were Chairman M. Gamrul Huda, Secretary General Sheikh Rafiqul Islam Bablu, the adviser and other personages of the Institute and Juche idea followers.

The adviser was elected chairman of the branch.

The secretary general of the Institute, in his speech at the ceremony, declared that they would further expand the Institute and intensify the study and dissemination of the Juche idea with the forthcoming world conference of Juche idea for commemorating the centenary of birth of President Kim Il Sung as an occasion.

Two other branches of the Institute were inaugurated on July 21 and 22.
