China Decides to Offer Emergency Relief Materials to DPRK

| Pyongyang, July 31 (KCNA) -- The Chinese government and the Red Cross Society of China decided to offer emergency relief materials to the DPRK as regards flood damage. Their providing emergency relief materials will greatly encourage the Korean people in their drive for rehabilitation in the flood-stricken areas. |
