Moscow, July 31 (KCNA) -- The Russian government recently announced a plan to export 18 million-20 million tonnes of grain this year.

The country has already exported 1.5 million tonnes of grain after resuming the temporarily suspended grain export on July 1.

The government also reportedly adopted decisions to render humanitarian assistance to some countries, including the DPRK.
