Pyongyang, August 3 (KCNA) -- Nepali papers carried special write-ups to mark the 58th anniversary of the Korean people's victory in the Fatherland Liberation War.

The Nepali paper Arpan on July 29 edited an article illustrated with a portrait of President Kim Il Sung.

It said the victory of the army and people of the DPRK in the war would be unthinkable without the wise leadership of the President.

He set forth original war methods, leading the Korean People's army to win victory after victory in every battle, and thus brought about a final victory of the war, it noted.

Another Nepali paper on July 28 carried a special write-up accompanied with a photo of the President.

It cited facts and numerical data to prove that the U.S. imperialists provoked a war of aggression to stifle the young DPRK by mobilizing huge forces but suffered a shameful defeat.
