Pyongyang, August 3 (KCNA) -- The wealth gaps between whites and minorities in the United States have risen to record highs, reflecting the lopsided racial and ethnic impact of the recent economic recession, according to a Pew Research Center analysis released on July 26.

The median wealth of white households is 20 times that of African-Americans and 18 times that of Hispanics, the research said.
