Tehran, August 2 (KCNA) -- Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, speaking at an event on July 30, strongly denounced the big powers for their hegemonic moves.

The global arrogance seeks to spread to the region through expansion of economic domination and protection of the Zionist regime, he said.

The legitimate rights of nations and their human values are being humiliated under the signboard of democracy in the western countries, he said.

He called upon mass media around the world to launch a comprehensive campaign against the global arrogance and the Zionist regime.
