Pyongyang, August 3 (KCNA) -- Students and citizens of south Korea held the 36th candlelight rally for the settlement of registration fee issue in Seoul on July 29.

At the rally speakers deplored that the notification on the registration fee for the new school term is again irking university students.

They continued: 66 percent of the university students are paying the registration fee out of the loaned school expenses and they are, therefore, subject to destitution even after graduation due to debts. This is the reality of south Korea today.

The "government" and the "Grand National Party" are talking about university structuring and aid. This is an act of disregarding the reality and distortion of the nature of the issue of settling the registration fee issue.

They vowed to carry on their candlelight actions till the registration fee issue is settled.
