Beijing, August 2 (KCNA) -- Recently, China announced a 2010-2020 plan to turn out able persons with high skill.

The mid and long-term plan, the first of its kind in the country, gives main tasks for training able persons.

According to data available, well-qualified persons numbered 26,310,000 in the country as of late 2009, an increase of 7,710,000 than late 2004.
