Moscow, August 2 (KCNA) -- Russian President Dmitri Medvedev signed a decree on organizing a permanent personnel policy committee for judicial organs on July 29.

The committee's mission is to ensure the president's authority over the personnel management of judicial organs.

The advisory body is placed under the president's direct control.
