Havana, August 3 (KCNA) -- Raul Castro, president of the Council of State and president of the Council of Ministers of Cuba, speaking at the enlarged meeting of the Council of Ministers on July 28, stressed the need to improve planning.

Planning better would help reap greater benefits while saving more, he said.

The nation's economy grew in the first half of the year as compared with that in the same period of last year, he noted, adding that tapping reserves well would help register bigger successes.
