Pyongyang, August 4 (KCNA) -- U.S. experts called on the U.S. and DPRK to continue dialogue to understand each other's position.

"We all think that such dialogue is much profitable than confrontation. We need to understand each other," said Prof. Donald Zagoria from the National Committee on American Foreign Policy at a press conference after participating in a meeting on Monday between the visiting DPRK delegation and a group of U.S. experts.

Former U.S. negotiator on DPRK affairs Evans Revere, who also took part in the meeting, voiced the same view.

Saying the atmosphere of the discussion is frank and friendly, he hoped the dialogue can and will continue in the future.
