Beijing, August 3 (KCNA) -- The Communist Party Central Committee and the State Council of China recently made public a notice concerning the 6th five-year plan (2011-2015) for education in law observance.

The education is an important, basic work for improving public spirit of law observance and building a law-abiding socialist society, the notice said.

The notice called on party committees at all levels and local governments to press ahead with the education as part of economic and social development programs so as to fulfill its targets and duties.
