Pyongyang, August 5 (KCNA) -- Two Mongolian civic organizations strongly rejected the plan of the U.S. and Japan to build spent nuclear fuel disposal facilities, according to the Japanese newspaper Mainichi Shimbun July 31.

The organizations embracing more than 2,000 people have launched a campaign against the plan through Facebook.

The request made out by the organizations expressed surprise and resentment at the plan and strongly urged the Japanese prime minister to cancel it.
